Living

The Dutch Mountains contains about 18,000 m2 GLA of residential programme (about 200 homes), which is accommodated in the north-eastern and highest tower. This will make a significant contribution to the objective of transforming the International Knoop XL into a lively residential area. The Dutch Mountains offer a diverse range of rental housing: studios, starter homes and larger city flats: a vertical city where diverse residents can live according to their own possibilities.

Working

The Dutch Mountains consist of some 17,000 m2 GLA of offices and inspiring workplaces spread over both towers (in the lower half). The lower floors in both towers will be furnished as flexi and co-working spaces. These open work floors border on terraces with a beautiful view of the green inner space.

Staying

The hotel is situated in the south-western tower adjacent to the Dommelpark. About 160 hotel rooms offer accommodation with a magnificent view over the centre of Eindhoven or the TU/e Campus. Above the hotel there are some 50 short-stay flats. The reception is located on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance. The restaurant on the first floor and the fitness centre on the second floor are available to hotel guests and other visitors. At the very top is the rooftop bar, with high ceilings and a 360-degree view of Eindhoven and its surroundings.

Meeting

The three lower floors are entirely devoted to meeting people, in all sorts of ways. This 'community space' extends into the green outdoor area and includes catering facilities (with indoor and outdoor terraces), sports facilities, an auditorium and a meeting centre. The meeting centre in The Dutch Mountains includes a hall with a capacity of 500 to 1000 people. In addition to the main hall, there are a large number of smaller rooms that can be used as break-out rooms for a conference, but also function separately as meeting rooms.
